I'm a fully qualified CIMA accountant and CIMA Member in Practice with over twelve years of experience supporting a diverse range of organisations — from FTSE-listed giants to agile start-ups.
Over the years, I've worn many hats, including CFO, Finance Project Manager, and Finance Business Partner.
Through my journey as a contractor and working closely with other contractors, freelancers, and locums, one common frustration kept surfacing: "Accountants don't understand our business or give us the advice we actually need."
That insight became the catalyst for launching McQuade Consulting — an accounting firm built specifically for freelancers, contractors, and locums. We don't just do the numbers — we speak your language, understand your challenges, and provide real, tailored advice that helps you thrive.
